Watercool has just released their Ultra coldplates which has a hundred ultra fine 0.15mm fins to improve temperature transfer into the coolant.
Below is a table which compares the Alphacool Core, Optimus Signature and Heatkiller V at 550 Watts of power draw on an Asus 4090. As you can see, there's a significant improvement over the stock configuration.
